This classic post is having a real spike in popularity today so i figured I’d repost so we could all take a walk down memory lane. The girl in the picture actually contacted me and was a phenomenally good sport about it and was quite entertained. Enjoy!

SUBWAY DOUCHERY : The Lady & The Love Seat 

Ohhhhhh girl! You’re killin’ it!!! Up, Down, Left, Right, A, B, Select, Start KILLLLIN’ IT!!!!! You saw that ol’ vintage love seat that used to belong to someone’s dead grandma at a second hand shop and you were all like, “Uhhh.. if that seat isn’t in my tiny, kitschy, crap filled apartment within the next forty five minutes I’m gonna kill myself!” You couldn’t fumble your credit card out of that giant purse fast enough…

CUT TO: Hoisting the love seat over the turnstile in lieu of the emergency gate… and trust me, we all thought that was as adorable as you did! 

CUT TO: Setting up shop IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SUBWAY CAR like hipster barricade. And then ploppin’ down like you’re about to watch Harold & Maude on a lonely Sunday.

DENOUEMENT: Bust out your 6 dollar bottle of juice in celebration whilst trying to make cutesy eye contact with everyone on the train.
